Durant un an et un jour, Ellie Harrison a photographié absolument tout ce qu’elle a mangé. Le tout forme une <strong>écoeurante</strong> <strong>collection</strong> de mets de tous les jours, allant du bol de céréales au kebab végétarien.</p>

Ce site propose des recettes innovantes avec une partie consacrée à la « <strong>cuisine curieuse</strong> » (terme choisi par les auteurs pour remplacer le terme de « <strong>cuisine moléculaire</strong> » considéré comme pas assez appétissant). On y trouve des recettes originales telles que les<strong> perles d’alginates fluorescentes,</strong> des quenelles de jus de fruit ou encore des sucettes de mousse gélifiée arôme chewinggum. Mais ce site est surtout une source d’information extraordinaire. Un lexique culinaire, un convertisseur de mesures, une liste des différentes herbes et épices et une partie consacrée à la cuisine dans la littérature et le cinéma sont mis à la disposition des visiteurs.</p>

Comme leurs musiques, ces recettes sont brutes, ne mentent pas et leurs ressembles. Elles font parfois un peu mal à l’estomac mais le mal l’estompe très vite après une bonne pinte de bière.</p>
